Idaho Potato Recipe Contest

The Idaho Potato Commission is currently running their Watching Waistlines and Wallets Recipe Contest. All recipe’s must feature Idaho potato’s and be tasty, easy to prepare and healthy. Submit your favorite recipe for a chance to win $5,000. There is also a $1,500 prize for second place and 5 honorable mentions will win $100 and an autographed copy of Denise Austin’s new book.
